Roughly how much of your week ends up here?

Estimates are fine. Nobody has these written down, and you don't need to be exact to see where your working hours are going.

Hours you work in a typical week —

A starting point only. Change it if it doesn't match your week.

If one of these feels heavier than the number suggests, or something else came to mind, reply and say so. We can help you sort out what's driving that, and whether there's actually something worth changing.

The biggest number tells you where to look. It doesn't always tell you where to start. Working that out is the conversation worth having.

P.S. Some of this should stay exactly where it is: a first call from a stranger, a difficult conversation about a bill, the moment a client needs to hear a person. Those hours are not waste, and removing them from your week would cost more than the time they take.
